What started as a way to make our boats faster has fostered into a team of 20 plus people who design, develop and produce world class carbon fiber products for the highest level of industries and performance. We have 20 + years of experience working in composites with both local and international companies. Our specialty is with Pre-Preg Carbon Fiber, but we still develop and work on all types of composites.

The Team
Rossi Milev: Founder
Rossi founded Clear Air Carbon Fiber 10 plus years ago as a way to make his boat faster for racing. He utilized knowledge from his time developing composite parts for the motorsport industry and brought it to the marine world. He then scaled the company to extend outside of Marine and back to motorsports and beyond. He is a jack of all trades and a master of all. He regularly works the shop floor with the team and is the face of the company.
Gayle Gray: Administration
Gayle is CACF trusted administrator. But don’t let that title define her. The entire CACF operation depends on her knowledge of sales, product codes, contracts and due dates. What comes in and out of CACF goes by her first.
Adam Clarke: Engineer
The newest edition to the team, Adam brings fresh engineering know how to the operations and product development at CACF. He operates all our CNC machines and programs for them too.
