Our Process

    Mold Design

    We can design any product you wish and make it a reality to CNC for mold production

    CNC Machining

    We have an extensive list of external vendors who provide excellent 3 and 5 axis machining of molds from aluminum and composites

    Layup Room

    Your parts will begin in our dedicated 1000sq ft temperature controlled layup room where we follow a specific layup schedule

    Debulking

    To compress the fibers properly we bag and distribute pressure over the part to remove potential voids between carbon layers

    Autoclave

    The parts are then placed in one of our 2 large autoclaves. We can adjust temperature and pressure for each individual part as needed

    De-Burring

    Your part is then removed from the mold and any flash is removed

    Finishing

    The part is then trimmed and finished to your specifications. Paint or clear coat can be provided
